What this website collects
When you contact us, we receive the name, contact details, links and project information you submit. Checkout can record the selected service, order and capture references, payer details supplied by the payment provider (Payoneer), and your acknowledgement of order terms and any early-start request. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information in the brief.
How the information is used
We use these details to answer your enquiry, agree and fulfil the order, reconcile payments and resolve support requests or disputes. Project enquiries and payment reports are stored by our lead service and may be delivered to the studio’s Telegram workflow. We do not receive your full payment-card details through the website; Payoneer, our payment provider, handles the payment.
Website operation and visitors
The site uses session storage for a visit identifier and to retain an unresolved checkout reference so you are not asked to pay again. The existing visitor service records page visits, referral and campaign data, browser/device information, IP address and approximate location. Location is looked up using ip-api.com. Vercel hosts the website; Google Fonts may receive connection information when their resources load and have their own privacy terms.
Access, retention and requests
We limit use of project records to operating the studio and handling the order, and retain them as needed for those purposes and applicable accounting or dispute obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about your applicable privacy rights. Some records may need to be retained where the law or an active dispute requires it. We ask before using your footage or finished result publicly.
